A1 Beach Rentals - Vacation Rental Agreement

LINCOLN CITY HAS PASSED VERY STRICT LAWS ENFORCING PARKING AND GUEST #'S AT VACATION RENTALS. Quiet Hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

In order to reserve the rental I understand my credit card will be charged a deposit of 15% of the rent. The deposit is refundable when cancelling 90 days or more before the stay. Within 90 days of the the stay the deposit is not refundable.  Please note that the remaining balance is due 30 days before the stay.  Any cancellation within the 30 days of the arrival results in no refund.  Agency is not responsible for inclement weather.

 

Allergy Risk- This is a pet free home. I will make sure there are no animals brought to the property & No smoking in the house.  There is a 300.00 if there are any animals at the property.

Hot tub Disclosure - Some of the units offer hot tubs.  Please observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the unit regarding the safe use of the hot tub.  The hot tub and surrounding patio/deck can be dangerous and maybe slippery when wet.  You accept and assume all risk involved in or related to the use of the hot tub and patio/deck areas and release A1 Beach Rentals and the owners from any and all liability or loss that may result in connection with the use of the hot tub.  A1 Beach Rentals makes no guarantees related to the hot tub and it's use.  All rental charges collected by A1 Beach Rentals are explicitly for the rental of the property and do not encompass value added items such as hot tub. 

Please shower before entering the hot tub. Make sure to wash sand, sunscreen, lotions, tanners, etc. can clog filters & require a full drain.  If the hot tub requires a full drain or any repairs I give my permission for my Credit card on file to be charged $45.00 for refill & heat.  I will pay for any damage I caused to the hot tub or lift.

No Fireworks please. Weather is windy & dry during the summer months.

I agree to clean my dishes for the next guests. Pile dirty towels & sheets (no blankets or mattress pads) in the laundry room. 

Take out garbage upon departure. If the outside garbage can is full you must call our office for pick up!

If you have time starting a load of towels in the washer is greatly appreciated.

 

Refundable $200.00 damage deposit.

Refundable if there is no damage, missing items or extra cleaning required.

Extra cleaning would be stains, dirty dishes or trash left inside the property.  The damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure
