This home has everything we could need, kitchen is fully stocked with every thing you could need to cook many amazing meals. They have upgraded the loft which was perfect for watching movies during the storms. The 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths are great for large groups. While the view is the best part, you can spend hours enjoying the view, hearing/smelling the ocean from the living room or balcony, you are walking distance to many shops and not too far from Depot Bay for more shopping and restaurants! This home has always been very comfortable and CLEAN which is very important for us. I would definitely recommend this home. It's close to our favorite restaurant, Blackfish Grill, it has the best food in town!"

"We have stayed in many rentals over the years for our college-roomie reunion and Tidepools in Lincoln City, hands down was the best place we have stayed in. The feeling in the townhome truly was as if you were home. Lovely nice extra touches and no words can adequately describe the view. Due to everything on back order due to Covid, the parts to fix the fireplace still hadn't arrive so hopefully next year we can enjoy the ambiance of the fire crackling! "

The only things we needed help with could be resolved by updating the instruction book. When I did call, any issues were immediately resolved."

"Our friends (three couples) have spent the last 20 years spending New Years somewhere on the coast, including a previous stay in this very same unit. Once again, it was a great experience. The staff at A-1, including James,. was excellent in responding to any question or minor technical problem (brief internet connection). We all agreed it should be noted that in one of the guest bedrooms downstairs, it was a full bed, more suitable for a single person or child. However, both bedrooms below had wonderful views with access to patio. The upstairs full bath/TV are was a nice plus. Great access to the tide pools!"

"This is our second time staying in the home and we were even more impressed than the first. Our family rents homes on the Oregon Coast about twice a year and this one is our favorite. It’s impeccably clean (huge kudos to your housekeeping!), mattresses are comfortable and it’s well stocked. The location is fantastic and the view is amazing. All that alone sets this home apart from many, but the extra thoughtful touches are so nice. The little things like the Torani syrups w/ pumps by the coffee maker, the wireless phone chargers, the organization and labels, the battery candles. The little Easter bunny display on the mantel was really nice too. Thank you for sharing your home and making it such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back - one of my daughters said “Let’s just plan our summer trip for when this house is available”."

"This condo is very comfortable. We have now stayed there 5 times. The beds are nice and the showers have good water pressure. The kitchen has all the appliances in good working order and lots of small appliances as well as various pots and pans and dish ware. On the negative — The spices need to be updated or tossed - When we arrived this time, the dishes were still in the dishwasher and towels were left in the dryer. There were peanuts on the carpet by the table. The south wall in the bigger downstairs bedroom has a fuse out or a breaker that won’t stay on - we called and apparently the office knew about that situation but the maintenance man did not.... Before there were Kleenex boxes in the bedrooms, this time we found 1 box of Kleenex in the smaller bedroom downstairs. The one living room chair has been replaced but the 2 swivel chairs need attention - they are showing a lot of wear. The carpet could really use a shampooing if not just replaced. Small very fixable things - but a refresh would make a difference. All that being said, we really do enjoy our stay at Tide Pools and I’m not trying to be negative just little things we noticed."

The comfortable furniture, lovely décor, prime location and spacious layout was perfect for our stay. While it checked every requirement I had, it would be a difficult home for those with mobility issues (multiple stairs to each level & steep beach access down the street). May I also comment on the absolutely crystal clear ocean facing windows? It's tough to keep the windows free of spots & cloudy glass in beach rentals...sometimes you can't even see the ocean-LOL A perfect home with tons of room!"

Only thing that wasn't a 10/10 were the mattresses. Just a little on the soft side. To be fair, we are used to stiff memory foam so take that for what its worth.
