Minimum Night Requirements:
  • Minimum stay is 2 nights. July through October and Holidays. Do not leave 1 night open between bookings.
  • Weekends: If splitting up a weekend, 2 nights will be charged at weekend rates and your quote will NOT reflect the correct amount
  • July and August:  Some homes subject to a 5 night minimum (unless filling in a gap). Please email or call to inquire.
  • Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, and other holidays subject to minimum night requirements.
  • NOTE: One night charged immediately and balance charged 30 days prior to stay
