  Our small group came in simply looking for a location with a view and hoping to enjoy the coast for a few days. This house helped make our trip more enjoyable. House was clean, perfect for a group of 3/4, and with a short walk to the beach you are surrounded by great tidepools. We look forward to staying here again.

  Loved loved loved this house. The 2 1/2 baths a definite bonus with 5 woman. Very clean and updated. A1 beach rentals responded quickly when we called about the fire alarm chirping (needed a new battery).
  
  Parking and beach access would be my only complaints. Don't go in an oversized vehicle unless you are very comfortable getting into a very tight/steep driveway ( they make it very clear that you can't park in the street, which there isn't much street to park in anyway). Don't bother with pulling a trailer because there is no place to put it.
  
  Unfortunately the beach access isn't a great as it sounds. But it is still accessible.
  
  This home has stairs which I wouldn't like my young kids to have to go up and down. However I went on a girls trip so that wasn't a problem

  We had a very good time in Lincoln City. The house was great. There was plenty of space for the four of us and the house had everything we needed.I would rent this property again in a second. The only downside and it was not a huge deal, but the parking took a little getting used to because of the way it is situated, but that seems to be very typical of properties at the Oregon Coast.

  We loved our stay at Finders Keepers. It was clean with updated and tasteful decor. It provided plenty of room on the upper floor for my husband and I. We didn't even use the lower floor which would be great for kids or grandkids. We love a light and open feel and the large windows throughout the house were very nice. The electric fireplace was fantastic especially with the shorter days of October. I wish there would have been some saran wrap or ziplocs to store leftovers. Next time I'll bring my own. Thank you for having us on such short notice.

  We had a great time at Finders Keepers! The house is beautiful and the beds were comfortable (the hide-a-bed was not so comfortable, but I have never slept on one that was). As other reviewers mentioned, there is not much in the way of cooking supplies (i.e., oil, spices, saran wrap, etc.). The view from the deck is great!

  Wonderful home on the beach! Easy access for sightseeing both north and south along the coast. Close to shopping at Tanger outlets and all other needed amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings on the side deck and of course the fabulous sunsets from the front deck.

  This was a very cute place and we had mostly everything we needed. Remember to bring kitchen supplies, like cooking spray and oil but most of the pots, pans, and tools are there. Be aware that parking directly in front of the barricade in front of the house is NOT parking in the driveway (this area is considered a city street)--this is a little difficult to maneuver into and is pretty steep. The view from the dining room is spectacular. We would definately stay here again!

  At almost 1500 sq ft, this rental was perfect for two adults and three kids. The condition of the house was exceptional, nicely updated and very clean. The view was slightly more obstructed than the pictures lead me to believe and the fold out bed in the den was in very rough shape (no way an adult would get a good night sleep on it), but we had an excellent experience and would definitely consider staying here again. The dining, kitchen, and living area had a fantastic view of the ocean.

  I have booked several times with A1 and have always had a great experience. This was my first time staying at Finders Keepers. The house was very nice, great view from the deck, well appointed kitchen and open layout. Just a couple of things to be aware of, it is above the beach and the walk back up to the house may be hard for some, so you may need to drive a short ways to the public access. The driveway is not for the faint of heart. The slope and angle make it difficult to pull in and I scraped the bottom of my front bumper when pulling out. And I have a smaller car. Also the main living area is upstairs so be prepared to carry everything up, not a place for elderly guests. The hot tub is placed so it seems to be in the front yard of the neighboring home, so dont expect to have any privacy there. These things are just something to be aware of. We did enjoy our weekend there and it perches above a great walking and tide pooling beach.

My only complaint/recommendation would be to have hotel like shampoos, etc available (I've never rented a vacation house before that didn't offer this) and also to have more in the kitchen in the way of basic cooking spices, tin foil, sandwich bags, etc (you don't want to have to buy a whole thing of pepper or garlic salt, etc to make one meal.) Otherwise... very happy with your stay!

  Our family loves the Oregon Coast and it's been 10 years since our last visit! When our children were younger we typically would camp or get an inexpensive cottage on the coast but now that our children are grown we needed something bigger. Finder's Keepers
  was the perfect spot for our family! It accomodated our family of 5 perfectly! The view and location was wonderful. The walk to the beach wasn't too far and the beach wasn't too crowded. Everything we needed was right there. We will definately come back!

  Finders Keepers was perfect for what I planned for my family, best friend and her boyfriend. To wake up and hear the ocean then sit down to breakfast and have such a perfect view of it was the perfect way to start our mornings. It was nice to have so many activities to do in Lincoln City and near by cities. Then at night we loved walking down to the beach having fires and roasting marshmellows as the sun was setting. I have told all my family and friends we can't wait to go back!

  Hi! My family just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Finders Keepers. The house was more beautiful in person than what I expected from the pictures. It was very cozy and the beds were so comfortable. The view was simply breath taking. It was nice to eat dinner and watch the sunset go down. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing would have been nice to have was bar soap for baths/showers. I would highly recommend this home away from home. I am hoping to come back next year. Thanks for a wonderful place to make memories with my kids for their Spring Break!

  This home was extremely clean, spacious, and inviting. We were amazed by the tow in surfer we saw practicing and in awe of the beautiful sunset and supermoon we witnessed. The management staff was very efficient and helpful with our questions. The only disappointment was from my 1 and 3 year old girls who didn't find any of the glass globes distributed on the beach.   There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and very comfortable. The hot tub was nice and toasty, which is a priority for us. The drive way is tricky and small to med cars, as stated on the website is a good idea. The garage is a great asset if you are there on a stormy weekend, as we were.
  I would suggest they make the signage a little bit easier to see from the road as we drove by twice not realizing we were at the right spot. Also the guest directory should indicate how to use the TVs and WiFi for those of us who aren't as 'techy'.

  A lovely home with a beautiful view. Difficult to find because the house numbers are faded and the driveway is a little hair-raising the first time. Do not drive into it in the dark for the first time. The rooms were all lovely and we were very comfortable. Not very easy access to the beach but Lincoln City has many ways to get there in a short drive. The seagulls appear to have made friends with previous quests as they come and perch on the balcony and give you a very piercing look while you are eating breakfast - as if to say - what about me? It allowed for great pictures.

  Great house, wodeful location and views. Super clean. Kitchen was great with all coockign applicances available. Fireplace was a great bonus (as well as hot tub!) Would definately return and recommend to a friend.

  My family of five had a blast at Finders Keepers. The house was beautiful inside and very clean. The only issue we had was that beach access was nearly impossible from the property especially with three young kids(a treacherous path). Good news is it was really stormy while we were there so we didn't really want to go to the beach anyways. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

  This is a beautiful, almost brand new home. It is beautifully decorated. There were only two of us on a stormy winter getaway. The only drawbacks were somewhat inconvenient beach access, a narrow view of the ocean and the constant noise of the heating fans. The walk to the beach would be nice in the warmer, drier months (and the fans would not be on then either). We would stay there again.

  We stayed in this adorable beach rental for our honeymoon and it was great. The kitchen area was a dream to cook in and the hot tub was ok, but the view was not the greatest because it looked directly at our neighbor's house. The directions were sort of tricky too.

  Due to a storm our beach plans were going to be cancelled when I call A-1 Beach Rentals. They were very helpful and set me up with a rental for the weekend. The house was great! We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the living room, dinning room, and one of the bedrooms! We had everything we needed in the home. It was very comfortable. The home was clean and well kept.   My only comment was that the kitchen/dining room floors were not cleaned prior to our arrival... did not look like they had even been swept/vacuumed. That was the only thing (and a relatively minor one) in what was otherwise a vacation destination we hope to go back to soon!

  This home is fantastic with an awesome view. We especially enjoyed just sitting in the living room watching the rain and the surf. Our kids had lots of fun playing in the hot tub in the evening after a long day of exploring up and down the coast. Just two things to make note of: the driveway to this house is very steep and somewhat tricky to negotiate. Also be very alert with your children if they are outside. This house is at the top of a very steep cliff and there aren't any fences. Other than that, you should really enjoy it here. The house was extremely well kept and the accomodations are first class all the way.

The furnishings, decorations and etc were well thought out. It won't feel like the typical vacation home but more like a showcase model home.   The Home Finders Keepers has such memories for my Family. Everytime we stay at the beach we choose this home because it's so beautiful an it feels like home to us. My family loves to sit at the kitchen table and play board games an overlook the ocean during the day and sit in the hot tub and talk about what a beautiful day we had at night.   This was a great place to stay. The only drawback is no direct access to the sand, but the views are fabulous. A-1 is really the only beach rental company you ever need to deal with in the Lincoln City area.
