  We absolutely loved our stay. Warm and cozy! Loved the gas fireplace, the privacy of the hot tub, the view from the private deck. We didn't miss the range - between the microwave and electric frying pan we were able to cook just about anything. My only concern in giving this vacation home a 5 star rating, is that it will increase the competition in reserving this for future vacations. Totally Satisfied! Will come back! Thank You!

  Very clean, comfortable room with an incredible view, outdoor private hot tub pointing due west, and and a gas fireplace in front of the bed. Very impressed that the adjacent unit is not rented out whenever "the Anchor" is to provide complete privacy on the shared deck. Highly recommended - a real gem.

  WOW!! This place was amazing! Great view from everywhere! We had an absolutely wonderful time here. Wish we could have stayed longer (we will next time).   It was great stay. I put a photo of the beach (taken from the deck) on Facebook. Everybody wanted to know: Where is this place? Of course we told them. And you can bet - we'll be back!
  
  suggestion: Please add a lowboy dresser. It would be nice to unpack and not live out of a suitcase.

  Needed to get away from stress and things at gone for a couple days, had a very special trip with my wife of 26 years. Anchor was just the place to relax and realize what coming to the beach with someone you truly love means. Only 4 rating was due to fact that there was no stove to cook on, but I guess that's why they created delivery drivers. A1 beach rentals is the best for carefree rentals at the beach never a problem ..... Keep up the good work and keep us coming back year after year

  Wow - what a great place! The view is spectacular. The gas fireplace and woodwork make the inside very cozy and charming. The perfect romantic getaway. A-1 was very pleasant and made it very easy to book a reservation. I would highly recommend this property.

  I stayed at Anchor for six days and we absolutely loved it! There is plenty to do in the area, the view is amazing, and the property was in excelent condition. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of stove, but we made do just fine without one. I
  definitely recomend this property for a couple and if you have a family then try the Submarine that is just next door. This was by far the best vacation spot ever.

  Loved this little cottage. Perfect for two people. Would have stayed longer if it had an oven to cook. Can't afford eating out every day, and don't care for microwaves. Overall this place was perfect for a weekend get away!

  The only thing that we would have like to see there ia A Range/Oven everything else was fantastic perfect really for two people who can't stand to be more then 1 ft away from each other.. I think we would like to spend more time there but would go for a little bigger place so we can get the feel of what it would be like to share a home together.

• I wanted to let you know that we loved staying at your rental. Just a little thing that might be helpful to you. When it is windy, something on the right front of the rental probably near the roof makes a lot of noise. It kept us awake a bit.

  It only hits the rental when it is windy however. So if you are facing the rental it is on the right far side maybe near the trash cans.

  Internet would have been nice but we survived without it. The storm was incrediable as we set by the sliding door watching the ocean show its majestic side. Not far from the outlet mall a must if you are a shopper. We appreciate that you recoginze tough times during this economic crunch and offered the buy two nights get 1 night free.   This is a lovely studio condo with a private jacuzzi on a lower level deck. The only thing I would say was lacking was the small things; salt and pepper, sugar, coffee; things that someone would assume would be available in a rental room. This doesn't change my opinion, the room was clean, well appointed and private.

  we really enjoyed our stay and the rental. loved the room. suggestions: could use a sign outside the room that said "periscope". two rooms upstairs & we didn't know which was ours. confused about what areas we were allowed to use outside. was the main deck available to all or just the little corner behind the hot tub. we only had one chair upstairs. you should have the cleaning requirements on a plaque somewhere in the room, in case the occupant does not bring all the papers with them. could use a comfy chair. the couch is not that comfy and the dining stools aren't great for watching TV. but.....loved the place. we plan to use again. thank you! amy
