Beachfront 3 bedroom home (sleeps 6-8) in Lincoln City. Beach access is 100yds from your front door. This home has an observation room that feels like a ship on the ocean during high tide! Also a living room with stone and agate arched fireplace that overlooks the surf and beach. Fun shops, restaurant and movies are a close walk. Lay in bed with the sound of the ocean at night. Explore the nearby tide pools , fly kites or build sand castles by day. Romantics will love the knotty pine and cozy decor throughout. The dining table seats 6 with surf and sand views. Parking for 4 cars. There is a 4 Nt Min during July & August. (No Am Exp Please)

This little cottage on the beach is delightful. Small and compact, but very nice. The sunroom, with 3 walls of windows, is the perfect place to sit and view the ocean, people watch, or whale watch, regardless of the weather. Visitors won't be disappointed. There is a flight of stairs down to the house which may be a problem for some people.

This was the perfect house for my two sisters and aunt and we will definitely rent it again! The sitting room with windows all around gave us a spectacular view up and down the beach. We all appreciated that it was absolutely spotless and three full baths was a plus. I have rented many homes from A1 Beach Rentals and this is my favorite.

We were so happy with our stay at the Seamist!! It was such a cute & cozy home for our family to stay celebrating my Dad's 80th Birthday... We all so enjoyed the views especially from the room that jetted out a bit. My parents especially enjoyed being able to sit and watch out the window... Loved that the house was so close to town and within walking distance to a lot of shops. We all had a great time, just wished it could have been longer. We will DEFINATELY be returning. Thank you for making our get away so special!!

A perfect place for Thanksgiving for a family (6 of us). So close to the ocean that at high tide you feel like you are on a boat. We were lucky to be there when the tides were the highest and lowest of the year. Great beach access to explore tide pools. Weird watching idiots driving on the beach. The upstairs bedroom is a great getaway. Karen and A-1 were super to work with. Hope to do it again - maybe next Thanksgiving?

All of us (ages 84 to 1 1/2) enjoyed our stay at Seamist.We had great weather and enjoyed the close access to the beach. Also liked that it was a short drive to the casino, restaurants and stores. We all got a real kick out of watching the beach from the sun room - and watching all the idiots who got stuck in the sand driving on the beach! What entertainment! It was great having a seperate bedroom for each family to retreat to (they were small, but functional) for naps. It is a well equipped house and the meals we cooked there were a breeze. A great mini-family reunion!! We hope to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seamist. The location was great. Overlooking the beach access point for cars. Lots of people watching, wind surfing, dogs, waves, etc. Very enjoyable. My only issue was the stairs. A little difficult for my mom and all of

We loved it here and would come back again. It was decorated nice and was clean. Great view of the ocean! The only thing I didn't care for was laundry was in the basement and steps to get in the house were steep for my mother.We had a great time and it was nicely done otherwise.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Seamist. Our biggest problem with it was the stairs..they are a bit steep and at our age, too steep. It was also a little small for all of us...but that's not a problem with the house--it's us! We have always enjoyed our stays with your properties and have recommended you to several people. We will use you again...I wish that the Stair to the Sea was located where this house is...lol. We loved the conveniencce of being able to walk to the shops and all. A great find! The outlook room is a highlight feature of the house! We enjoyed our stay very much. The only suggestion would be to stock some add'l supplies such as kleenex, plastic wrap, alum. foil, bar soap, or at least give renters a heads-up so they know to bring them. Loved the house, love the ocean!

Everything one would need or like to have a wonderful beach experience! Will absolutely, positively come back! One suggestion.......the bunk bed upstairs could use a small step ladder for an adult to get up to the top bunk. Bunks ladder is on wrong side of bed being the ceiling slants on the side the ladder is located in the upstairs bedroom. So loved the whole stay of three nights!

We had a very nice stay at this beach house in Lincoln City. We brought in the New Year with longtime friends. The view cannot be beat! It is spectacular! However, a couple of the beds need to be replaced with new mattress, and kitchen is in desperate need of more lighting. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
