  What an Amazing condo! Located on a cliff above the pacific, this gem made our stay unbelieveable! Nicely furnished with anything you could ask for to make the stay enjoyable. Extended Cable for those rainy days and Plenty of Beach for the Sunny Days! First family vacation in a long time. We will be going back to Surfs Up next time around!

  Our stay at the condo was fabulous! The location on the cliffs overlooking the ocean was magical, the decorative touches were amazing and when we had trouble using the hot tub it didn't take long for the maintenance man to come to our rescue. Overall, I would rate our weekend stay at the beach A+!

  We were very impressed with the great ocean view from this beautiful condo. It was wonderful for 2 couples as we each had our own bedroom & bath. Very well equipped with everthing you might need to cook in. We didn't use the hot tub but it is right on the patio and towels are provided for guests to use. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were comfy but pillows were pretty lumpy so bring your own!

  We had a wonderful week at the Surfs Up beach condo! Great accommodations with beautiful ocean views. We loved relaxing on the patio at all hours of the day and night. Strolls on the beach and dinners at home made it that much more romantic. We can't wait to return to Surfs Up and Lincoln City!

  Spent two nights at the, Surfs Up Condo in Lincoln City. LOVED IT! Plenty of everything one would need. Ocean view, private jacuzzi and about two blocks from the main drag to shops. Ten minute walk on the sand to our favorite resturant, Kyllo's. Will most definately be back. Loved the Seamist we stayed in, in March, too! A1 Rentals, rocks!

  Beautifully furnished condo unit - any and everything you need in the kitchen - way too many pillows in the bedrooms for decoration but it was attractive - just had a hard time getting them out of the way to find the real bed pillows - the view was stunning - living room very comfortable with sofa and 2 comfty chairs with ottamans. It would be nice to have keys to use instead of having to put it back in the lock box for leaving and entering - the light is only on at night and numbers hard to see in daytime - overall a wonderful experience and hope to reserve for next year. The no smoking policy of not on the property at all is ridiculous - understand not in the unit - our friend would only stay a short time to visit because of that.

We took naps, ate, watched tv, played cards, listened to the ocean, and of course just relaxed.i could stay at this place anytime. Many kudos to the owner and management.   Beautiful view. We loved sitting in the hot tub and looking out to count the crab boat lights at night! Nice set up, very cozy. (only thing is the hot tub didn't always heat up all the time) Have told many friends about this place.

  We absolutely loved our stay at Surfs-Up. I have already recommended it to friends in CA, WA, and OR. The ones in California want to stay at the Coast for the Holidays so I gave them all your Information. We found the Condo very Modern, Attractive and perfect for four people. It was neat and clean when we arrived. Other than the carpet having a couple terrible spots of fraying and a couple spots where people had spilled (but you could tell house-keeping tried to clean them up). We found the Condo just lovely and was very inviting overall. I have worked with Karen at A-1 Beach Rentals before on previous Rental Properties, so when I told her what I was looking for...she knew exactly the perfect Condo for our needs and met my expectations with flying colors! One thing I might mention and it would be my only negative feed-back. I had mentioned to her that we were coming for the weekend to Celebrate a would have been nice if there had been a complimentary bottle of Champagne or a box of Chocolates...some little EXTRA just to show the guests that
  their Special Occasion was somehow acknowledged by the Management Company. Just that little extra touch would be an added plus. On several occasions the people whose house we rented at the Coast for Women's Retreat (which I have been booking for us for 20 + yrs) left us Big Baskets of Goodies for the Weekend. That extra touch caused us to rent from the same people for 2-4 more years, even though we usually will rent one place only once or twice because we like variety. That 'little' extra Special "You're Important" to us pays 'big' in the end.
