  From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, we loved the Prince of Whales. It was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a magnificent view of the Pacific. The condo was immaculate and comfortable. Dishes and cookware are very nice,
  and we enjoyed dining in. The only suggestions I would add would be to have coffee and filters available for the first morning and bath soap. It would also be nice to have a small table on the patio for drinks or snacks. Not having these certainly didn't detract
  from our stay, but would have just made an excellent stay perfect!

  The Prince of Whales Condo was very attractive and comfortable. You could not beat the location as the ocean was only a few yards away. The kitchen and great room were sized just right for two couples. All in all it was a great stay.

  This condo was perfect for our 3-day get away to the coast. It is beautiful, well-maintained and quiet. The view from the dinning/Living room is incredible. When we were there is snowed on the beach. The pictures we took from the living room (pretty cold outside) are incredible.

• The only negative was there was not much soap for the shower. One small bar in the mail bathroom and one shower bar we had to keep switching back and forth. Not much of a complaint for me managed just fine. Otherwise it was just wonderful.

  ThePrince of Whales was a fantastic place to stay. Everything was decorated to make you comfortable and very content to sit by the fireplace and watch the waves come on shore.
  The only problem we had was with the bedroom door not staying closed, but I'm sure that has been taken care of by now.

  The condo was lovely. We have stayed in that condo four times now beginning in 2004. We have always enjoyed the location and the peacefulness of our stay there. The beds were very comfortable although I would suggest a TV be put in the other bedroom as well. The furniture in the living room was extremely comfortable and we especially enjoyed the two chairs which you could turn toward the ocean and watch with comfort. The dining room table is to big for the room. Anyone sitting toward the back cannot get out with out someone moving almost completely out of the area first. It is a beautiful table but a smaller one would be better. We also noticed there was some mold around the shower/tub in the master bedroom and the living room had not been throughly vacuumed. We had to move the coffee table to get a puzzle piece and found a handful of peanuts scattered under the table. Otherwise it was mostly clean and quite comfortable. We will be back and have already recommended the condo to friends and family. I might add also that Karen and Gene are most gracious as our hosts and very accommodating. If we needed anything all we had to do was get in touch with them and it was taken care of immediately.

• This place is unbelievable! It is beautifully decorated, immaculate. The view is spectacular! We saw so many whales right from the living room window. The property managers are wonderful to work with. We will definitely come here again!

  The master bedroom walls were very barren. The jets in the tub ejected some black gunk. When we talked with the property manager, it was cleaned very quickly. We like to watch TV from bed, most often from a hide-a-bed in the living room. We missed that.

  Our family of five was looking to spend a few days of quality time together. Our mornings began with whale and pelican watching from our breakfast table and patio. Personally, I could have sat there peacefully all day just watching the ever-changing view with the waves crashing on the rocks. The location was great - we were a short drive to Lincoln City and great kite flying on the beaches. We also did day trips to sandboard and ATV on the great dunes. The games room and pool/hot tub made for relaxing evenings too. We have very fond memories and hope to return sometime soon.

  A native Oregonian, my family really enjoyed our stay at Prince of Whales on the coast. Superb weather, deep sea fishing, beachcombing & whale watching. The location is truly excellent & very relaxing. Only problems were the stacked washer & dryer were in need of repair and the sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable. But the kitchen was well equiped and it was great to be able to eat at "home" (with our extraordinary view) or sip wine on the porch, rather then always eat in restaurants. A thousand thanks for a wonderful vacation and I have already recommended this to my friends.
