  Alright, so over all the place its self was perfect. If you actualy go, you can find our actual geust book recording there in the geust book, in the cottage. My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon during the winter. Though I had morning sickness from my first pregnancy, and spent most of my time hunched over the toilet, the view was still fabulous. It was still a wonderful romantic little place, and the hot-tub over looking the ocean was wonderful. We plan to try and come back for our 1 year avsry so... thats gunna be around March 13th 2009... so dont reserve that day its mine! lol, just playing have fun. bust seriously... i want that weekend.

• The Blue Heaven Cottage has best view of any place I've stayed at on the beach. Nothing like soaking in the hot tube while gazing out at the surf.

  I'm so sorry you guys had to wait so long for the questions's just that we don't want anyone else to know about Blue Heaven. What if everyone finds out and it's not available to us next time? what if you raise the rates to the 400 per night it's actually worth? Anyone who takes issue with the cottage or A-1 Beach rentals would have to...have no soul...Thank you for sharing the magic with us !

  Fantastic full ocean view. We loved the place and will be back again! Great value and the property management people went out of their way to be helpful and make this a special stay. Really enjoyed the hot tub over looking the ocean - great, even if it did hail that night! Loved every minute of it. Can't wait to come back again.

  We enjoyed the cottage and the view. The hot tub was fabulous. The HUGE downfall was that one of the amenities promised was internet access. My husband had to conduct business while there. That was a pivotal factor in selecting this place. Our calls did not readily get help. When we reached someone the assistance did not get us on line. Because of the critical nature of his work we had to make trips out to get a signal many times. That was a huge inconvenience.
  
  Safety wise the stairs were very slippery in the beach weather. Maybe putting a no slip surface on the stairs would prevent accidental falls and a couple huge bruises.

  We really enjoyed the stay right at the edge of the ocean. The hot tub was amazing. I was suprised at how private it was. I feel like the property could have been a little more clean around the floors in the bathroom. We were there when a heavy rain storm came through and one of the windows was leaking water. The location made up for all that. The staff is very helpful. I will absolutely work with this company again.

  We really enjoyed the hot tub, an instructions manual would be great. The shower is itty bitty, a flexible shower head would go a LONG way in making the shower more usable. The porch light was off when we got there, so it was a near miss when trying to find the keybox. We really did enjoy the stay, we've spent the past several years staying at the Ester Lee for our winter vacation, and were delighted to stay at Blue Heaven.

  We went here for our anniversary and ended up getting engaged. The view is amazing from the deck. The bed was a little hard and not much water pressure in the shower but the hot tub and view made up for it. Very short walk down to the beach. I would recommend staying here.

  Very clean comfortable cottage with great deck and views. The hot tub was nice but wish it would have been located on the deck open to the sky!! The kitchen was well stocked and the little wood stove was awesome. My only complaint about the house would be the shower,,wish it was larger and updated. Conviently located, pretty private. I would come back again!!

  The place was rustic, cozy and just what you would have pictured for a beach cottage. It was nice to have the amenities of wi-fi, for my husband, where I enjoyed just a good book:) Our only issues were a misunderstanding between the manager and damage we pointed out on the hot tub, but that was cleared up quickly. The properties garbage cans had been blown away during a storm, and unfortunatly the cleaning crew was not willing to take our trash, we were told to use another rental properties garbage up the hill... not so easy to transport trash in a packed car! That was personally my only complaint- but the view was wonderful, despite the rainy weather.

  Everything was great. I beleive it is time for an update of the home. However it was still very nice. The parking could also be improved. The small area is a little steep for parking.

  Our stay was great, it's on the lower floor of a two unit complex. It would be better using with a larger group for kids. Also, parking is on a steep sidehill on a dead end road. That's about the only drawback though, great view.
